Laced Up is a family owned and operated company. This week December 19th - 25th we will be taking time off to be with our families and as such we will not be shipping any orders during this time.
We will begin shipping orders as quickly as possible when we return to business Monday the 12/26.

How many laces come with my order?
Each order is for one pair (2 individual laces)
We ship orders and respond to emails Monday - Friday.
After you successfully place an order you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of your order. This email contains your order number and a description of what you ordered.
We ship all orders within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted for Holidays). For example if you order Monday your order will ship at latest by Thursday. If you order on Friday-Sunday you order will ship at latest by Wednesday.

$2.99 USPS first class shipping ( 3-5 day )
Free Shipping on U.S. orders over $20
We ship worldwide but International rates vary by country
After your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least one day for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
All of our orders are shipped through USPS.com. Click this link and enter your tracking number to follow your order.
- If you have a problem with your order please email us right away at email@example.com and reference your order number in the email.
- We accept returns or exchanges if you reach out to us within 14 days of the date you received your laces (this will be determined by your tracking information).
- Returns must be brand new (never opened) in the original packaging and sent back in Laced Up approved packaging to ensure they are not damaged.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost for all returns or exchanges.
- There are no return or exchanges on sale items or when a coupon code is used.
