- After you successfully place an order you will receive an order confirmation email within minutes of your order. This email contains your order number and a description of what you ordered.
- We ship all orders within 1-3 business days (unless otherwise noted for Holidays). For example if you order Monday your order will ship at latest by Thursday. If you order on Friday-Sunday you order will ship at latest by Wednesday.
Our rates are as follows:
- After your order has shipped you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow at least one day for tracking information to update in the USPS system.
- All of our orders are shipped through USPS.com. Click this link and enter your tracking number to follow your order.
- If you have a problem with your order please email us right away at firstname.lastname@example.org and reference your order number in the email.
- We accept returns or exchanges if you email us within 14 days of the date you received your laces (this will be determined by your tracking information).
- Returns must be brand new (never opened) in the original packaging and sent back in Laced Up approved packaging to ensure they are not damaged.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost for all returns or exchanges.
- There are no return or exchanges on sale items or when a coupon code is used.
